**Processing and Fulfillment Times**

- **Order Processing Time:** All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that this is the time it takes to process your order in our system, not the shipping time itself.

- **Order Fulfillment Time:** Once your order is processed, we will begin to prepare your order. It will be shipped out within 5-20 business days, depending on the item you ordered. You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way!

**Shipping Times**

• **Ready-to-Ship :** Our ready-to-ship items typically have a fulfillment time of within 2-5 business days from the date of order confirmation. 
• - **Pre-Order :** Pre-order items include, Pre order fully customized wigs,  Bundle deals,  closureand Bundle deals, and Pre-Plucked and Pre-Bleached lace wigs. If you’ve ordered a pre-order item, please allow 5-20 business days for fulfillment. Pre-order items are shipped as soon as they become available, and you will receive updates regarding your order status.

**Shipping Methods**

We offer several shipping options to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

**International Shipping**

We currently do not offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
