Refund policy
We have a no return policy, which means you can not return or exhange your order once processing has begun.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We will only accept returns on Pre-order items that have not been Processed yet. If for any reason there is a mistake on our end we will cancel and refund your order. If we cancel your order, you will be fully refunded. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not accept any Exchanges.
Refunds
If you request a refund it has to be a Pre-order item that has not been processed yet. We will let you know if the order has been processed or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at LiyahA.Collection@gmail.com.
Cancellation policy:
Once you complete your purchase, Liyah A. Co immediately beings processing and working on your order. Therefore if your order is processed, you cannot cancel your order.
